1. Booking

Bookings can be made through this website by filling out the form and continuing to WhatsApp. Bookings are considered valid after confirmation from us and payment according to the terms.

2. Payment

Payment is made according to the agreed method. Payment details will be sent after booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations can be made by contacting us at least 7 days before the departure date. Refund policy follows applicable terms and will be discussed further upon cancellation.

4. Schedule Changes

Schedule changes can be made with at least 7 days notice before the departure date, subject to availability and with additional fees if applicable.

5. Liability

We are responsible for the services that have been agreed upon. Participants are expected to comply with rules and regulations during the trip.
